About Us:

The Wellness Center was developed to improve the health and quality of life for the community. Our facility provides a nonintimidating fitness environment supplemented by educational resources.

The Wellness Center is equipped with circuit strength-training equipment to provide a full body work-out for the major muscle groups as well as dumbbells and barbells, treadmills, crosstrainers, bikes, recumbent steppers and a stairmaster.

The new GRAVITYSystem gives members a chance to experience personal training on the innovative GTS (gravity training system), a device that encourages functional exercise by using an individual’s body weight as resistance, and utilizes a cable and pulley system and free-motion glide-board. Adjustable to nine different levels of resistance, the machine engages all major muscle groups and facilitates more than 250 strength training, stretching and Pilates exercises.

To further enhance your workout, every member has their own Electronic Personal Trainer. Our FitLinxx system is a computerized system that attaches directly to existing fitness equipment, adding an extraordinary “intelligent” dimension to the workout experience for the first time. You can track and adjust your workout online here.

Fitness Classes:
As part of your membership to the Wellness Center you will have access to a wide array of group Fitness Classes taught by trained instructors, including Step Aerobics, Yoga/Pilates, Hi-Lo, Mature Adults, Strength Training, the recently added Indoor Group Cycling Class (Spinning) and much more. View our class schedule to see what fits your schedule.

The Wellness Center also offers group fitness membership and day passes per class for those interested only in group fitness classes.
