If you want to lose weight, get healthy and/or build muscle, hiring a personal trainer can be a step in the right direction. Our trainers can help you set up a program that meets your goals and teaches you new ways to exercise. The trainer will help push you past your comfort zone to get better and faster results. A personal trainer can also:

  • Educate you about strength, cardio and flexibility training
  • Educates on proper lifting techniques, form and function
  • Provide accountability
  • Track your progress

Each training session will last about 45-60 minutes. A trainer can be hired once a month or 3 times a week. Appointments can be made through the Wellness Center front desk. Cost: $25 for members, $35 for non-members.
