CRMC EMPLOYEE'S CREDIT UNION
Established in 1972, CRMC Employee's Credit Union is a safe and secure way to plan for the future. We welcome the opportunity to serve the financial needs of Coffee Regional Medical Center's employees and their families.

To become a member, please visit our office located next to the Hospital to open a savings account. We currently have over 800 members so you will be in good company. Membership has great advantages including the ability to apply for a loan, gain free life insurance on savings, the chance to win prizes at the annual meeting, etc.

Membership
Membership is available to the employees* and medical staff of Coffee Regional Medical Center as well as their family members. A membership fee of $5.00 must be paid and cannot be collected via payroll deduction. After the initial membership fee is paid, payroll deduction is available or you may make a deposit at the office by stopping by or mailing it to the Credit Union.

*Employees must have satisfied their ninety (90) day probationary period to qualify for membership.

Savings Accounts
0.25% Dividend Quarterly Rate / 0.27% Annual Percentage Yield

Members are allowed up to three (3) withdrawals per quarter without penalty. A penalty of $5.00 will be assessed for each withdrawal over three (3) in a quarter. Six (6) withdrawals in a quarter will warrant the member being dropped from savings for a period of six (6) months.

Your money is safe with us since your savings account is federally insured to at least $250,000 by the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA), a U.S. Government Agency. Not one penny of insured savings has ever been lost by a member of a federally insured credit union.

Christmas Club Savings Accounts
0.25% Dividend Quarterly Rate / 0.27% Annual Percentage Yield

An application for membership shall be completed in writing and signed by applicant. Open enrollment will be allowed throughout the year. The club year program will begin on November 1st and checks will be mailed by November 15th of the following year. No fees or service charges will be assessed to participants. Dividends will be paid on the account quarterly.

There are no minimum deposit requirements but payroll deduction must be arranged for a set amount. This deduction can be canceled at any time. Withdrawal before the club year-end will close the account for that year and the account will be subject to a loss of dividends payable.

Funds Availability

  • Funds from payroll deductions are available the day we receive the deposit.
  • Funds from deposits by cash, cashier's check, certified check or tellers of government check are available the first business day after the day of deposit.
  • Funds from local checks are available the second business day after the day of deposit.
  • Funds from non-local checks are available the fifth business day after the day of deposit.

Loans
Personal Loans: Credit Union membership must be maintained for six (6) months to qualify for a personal loan.
New Auto Loans: Credit Union membership must be maintained for one year to qualify for a new auto loan. The credit union will finance up to $50,000.00 for up to seventy-two (72) months on current year models and up to sixty (60) months on prior year models.
Used Auto Loans: Credit Union membership must be maintained for one year to qualify for a used auto loan. The credit union will finance a used auto based on the NADA Book value up to $50,000.00 for up to sixty (60) months on current year up to previous three (3) years models and up to forty-eight (48) months on models that are over three (3) years old.
Vacation/Holiday Loans: Credit Union membership must be maintained for six (6) months to qualify for a holiday loan. Please view our Holiday Loan flyer for more detail.

Loan Protection Coverage
In the event of death or permanent disability, the balance of the loan will be paid in full by this insurance coverage which is provided on loans at no cost to you.
